A Stochastic Thermo-Mechanical Waves with Two-Temperature Theory for Electro-Magneto Semiconductor Medium

This paper investigates an uncommon technique by using the influence of random function (Weiner process function), on a two-temperature problem, at free surface semiconducting medium, photo-thermoelasticity theory. Using Silicon material as example medium under magnetic field, novel model can be formulated. To make problem more logical, randomness Weiner is aged to governing stochastic equation. A combining with boundary variables studied. In this case, and deterministic solutions were obtained for all physical quantities. The additional noise regarded white noise. investigated according two-dimensional (2D) deformation. normal mode method used mathematically obtain numerically deterministic, stochastic, variance Three sample paths are making comparison between distributions field variables. impacts adding randomization conditions highlighted. numerical results shown graphically discussed in consideration parameter effect.
